Default GSR Throttle bracket and skunk2 intake manifold

I have a skunk2 intake manifold on my b18c1 with the stock GSR throttle body. Is there anyway to flip the throttle body rotor to eliminate the need for a cable bracket?
Thanks in advnace!

im not sure if you have to do this, but this is what i did for my blox and it looks clean. your going to have to get a non gsr throttle pulley, itr throttle cable bracket and itr throttle cable . if i were you i would get a 92-95 throttle pulley . its what i used for my blox and its perfect

Ok heres what I did. I took apart the throttle body and put a non-gsr throttle hat on and it works but it kinda turns out getto. Anytime you mess with the throttle body technically it needs to be recalibrated cause the throttle plate wont close perfict(either stick or not close enough). Now I am prob gonna end up getting an ITR throttle body anyways but you could also use a b16 one too its the same size as a gsr, long as its not for an older b16.

That can't be good. So its not a good idea to swap pullies ?

I wouldn't think it would be anything major. I have already taken the throttle Rotor (what the cable attaches to) off of mine before with no changes. You might have to adjust the set screw because of some differences between the two rotors but its not like you are completely disassembling the throttle body..

PS. anyone have any photos using either the ITR parts or the GSR Throttle cable bracket?

I have an EG with B series motor, skunk2 intake mani.

The OEM GSR bracket does not hit the hood at all.

You can get the bracket for an ITR and use it with the GSR throttle body.

well i highly doubt they would even question it. they'll see the heat shield and think its stock. i doubt a cop would know anything about that header or the shield. no cops have ever popped my hood or messed with me.*knocks on wood*
