Default Ground control coilovers. spring rate?

I saw somewhere on this board that GC coilovers have different spring rates. I've got a 2ksi, and i'm lookin for a lower stance, but WITHOUT being a rough ride, i'd love for it to feel stock. I have 2 choices of struts that i can use, KYB AGX, or Tokico blues... Help, first time suspension guy...

when you al ground control to order the c/o have a good talk with them, they are extremely knowledgeable about different types of setups, off the top of my head i wouldnt recommend anything over 300lbs if you dont want a rough ride (but generally everyone has different opinions of what is 'rough') i'm sure if you want stock feeling you can go as low (rates) as possible, but those shocks are already a little stiffer than stock, so who knows... call up ground control

I have ground control coil-overs on my car right now ... The ones I have were the "Limited Edition" if they even still call it that anymore but they ride very nice... No not stock quality but very nice compared to some other companies and also they stiffen everything up just right go for the GC

off-the-shelf ground controls have a great springrate for street, they are in the neighborhood of 375F/250R (give or take). skunks nowadays come 400F/500R which is a little rough for the faint of heart.

i personally have had nothing but bad luck with tokico blues. i highly recommend agx's or illuminas.

fwiw, i will have a set of used 96/00 civic ground controls for sale in about a week. pm me if you're interested.
