Post Fuel pump

I jumped the black/yellow wire and the yellow green wire on the main relay connector and checked voltage at the fuel pump connector and there was voltage, so i plugged it back into the fuel pump female connector and the pump turned on> so theres nothing wrong with my fuel pump theres nothing wrong with my main relay either cuz i just got that fixed and seems to be fine> But when i plug the main relay back in the fuel pump still doesnt want to turn on, it only turns on when wires are jumped. And when the check engine light turns on its dim, it doesn't turn on really bright how it usually does. Do i have bad ECU or is it a bad map sensor ?

Default Re: Fuel pump

Have you tried jumping pin 1 and 7 with the ignition off and pin 5 and 7 with the ignition on? I have just been doing this today mate, I am no expert but the map sensor has nothing to do with the fuel pump, correct anyone if I am wrong. Stuart
