Forced Induction or engine swap?

Forced Induction or engine swap?
Hello all. I've been doing searches as best I could, and I'm sure the topic has been brought up several times before, and I honestly apologize for beating the dead horse, but I couldn't find the answers. Anyway, my question is:
Is it more difficult to swap an engine or boost it?
I drive a '98 civic ex with a D16Y8 (bolt ons are the usual I/H/E)
My goal is 200 whp. What would be the cheapest, most reliable, easy way to achieve this? Turbo my current engine? Swap for a B series?
And finally, what would be involved in the simplest solution?
(should I really just save my money and get a better car?)

if you really want 200whp no swap is gonna get you there unless you are building then swapping. boost is the best bang for the buck, but not necassarily as reliable as swapping in a stock B series.

I have nearly the same car (2000 EX) and plan on going with the edelbrock performerx turbo. It'll get you to 176 WHP with everything else stock. With a few other mods 200HP is right around the corner.

go with turbonetics or edelbrock.. both are good kits from what I've heard.
if you've got the $$$$ then the full race kit for the d-series engine is well worth a look
