Is there water on the car?? And are you using the washers to raise up the back of the hood trick?? It looks a lot better now though.

EDIT: After looking...you should have gotten a new bumper *not bent one* before painting..that one fits like dog crap.
EDIT 2: Also wtf is up with 3 hubcaps (or is it 2..the pics are a little crappy) and 1 steelie??

I painted the car myself (my first time painting) with some paint a guy just gave me.The door was $165 and fender was $30.Rest was free.

I fixed the body work as good as i could but rear quarter still has a little dent. I really needed to try and do something to make it look better which it I did.

Bumper looks good to me, and as for the wheels i see four (4) of the same rims and no steelies or hubcaps

Car lloks good, Great improvement from the b4 pic.
