Remove filter from valve cover and hook it back up to the intake arm. Check if oil pressure sensor is also not leaking. Might need a flashlight.

For smoke entering cabin check

Why take the filter off the vc? Im not smoking from there, and its not clogged. Oil sending unit isnt leaking. Can confirm.

There is a pcv diagram in the helms manual that has to be followed, its a debatable/discussion. If you're doing something different than I suggest a catch can design effectively.

Again, I'd go behind the block to investigate.

If you aren't boosted, you don't need a catch can...

Lol there are plenty of All Motors that need a catch can.

I don't remember all your mods, but I thought you had a pretty big cam and high compression, that's why I suggested it

Next update:

Type r cams.. Going to shoot for ctr, but itr will work also. B16 cams not cutting it. Get the rest of my exhaust welded up, and looking to get a decent header instead of that ebay special.. Itll be couple weeks. Saving for a truck, but any side money will go towards them parts.

Do you already have upgraded valve springs and such in your head? If so, why not just go aftermarket for cams? CTR cams go for what, $350ish in good condition? We sell brand new B series camshaft sets starting under $600, entire head packages for a little over a grand, and I'm sure online is even cheaper than our shop. Just a thought. Also, after doing a cam swap, finalizing your exhaust and going with a good header, throw that thing on the dyno for a real tune. Difference will be night and day over any basemap or cookie cutter online chip tune. Good luck!

I dont have the valve springs yet, but im going to go with toda spec bs in the future. Itll be the last cam i get. Im set for oem cams for now though. Yea 2.5 inch whole way and the plm header or the toda header will have me good! I want hondata before i go for a tune. The car drives awesome so i cant imagine how a legit tune will be. Eventually ill get the head ported.. But thats down the line lol. Thanks guy, stay tuned.

You should at least so stock type R valve train if your going to run type R cams. To take advantage of the extra power they offer, you really have to rev the engine further and stock B16 valve train isn't really up to the task. You also probably won't notice much of a difference from type r cams vs your stock cams until you tune as well. As I said before, the profiles are pretty similar down low, it's up top where the Type R profiles shows the majority of their improvement so you'll need to increase your rev limit and adjust some fueling/timing to really take advantage of it. And then also as said before, you will want, at a bare minimum, a valve spring upgrade to handle it. It's been proven time and time again that dropping CTR cams in a basically stock B16 nets almost no noticeable gain without tuning/rev limit changes. At bare minimum, you would want type r dual valve springs and a stock CTR fuel/timing map or ecu to run it if your not using custom software.

Ok, for the $500+ (and that's on the low side) you spend on CTR cams and valvesprings (and really retainers too, probably), wouldn't that money be better if it went towards the Toda valvetrain? I mean, 500 is a serious chunk of change. Seems extremely unfrugal and counter-productive to your end goal.

I totally missed that, but I'm sure he meant he's running a chipped ecu with a type r basemap. it does sound funny though.
