you got to pry it out NOT WITH EXTREME force but rather slowly and work it out in a way that you dont bend the molding itself. the windshield molding clips will most likely break when u take them out. (not cus its impossible to get them out in 1 piece but also because considering the age of that plastic that they are made from, its probably too brittle by now) you should be able to buy new clips from the dealer. they should be fairly cheap. and the belt molding or "window molding its gonna be a tricky, the first thing you need its patient and second to take the mirror off and the window plastic piece on the opposite side, with the window down locate the plastic clips holding the molding, now pull then inwards softly with your fingers if you can reach with any tool if you can and pry up on the molding in a softly manner... like a said patience its the main tool. I hope this helps. in any case this pieces get old and worn bad and might need replace get quote at your honda dealer. replacing them might be the best bet. I bought mine a couple of year ago for about $50 a piece.

Only the top piece of the trim broke off on the highway. It's still attached on one side and the plastic male end is still there. I was wondering if I just needed to glue it back on or if a whole trim piece is needed.
