lots of good info.....my friend was saying something about all D series use the same bottom end??? and that all i have to do is slap a VTEC head off it, he recommended a y8 head. he said that should give me over 100hp. then he said boost about 8psi and tune with hondata, then this should get me there. he even said the D16 manifolds fit my head??
Now, with this being a eco engine i would think the rods are super weak, and ive been researching that some of the d15b8 pistons have the four valve reliefs on the pistons and some have two. does anybody have info on this. if this is the case then i could do a head swap and boost, i would maybe have to change my pistons, that's it.

man i guess i'm used to the rx-7 too much....200whp aint **** in a 7.....450whp is the standard on a 7. thanks guys i think i will drop the vtec and go b18b and go ahead and get forged rods and pistons and boost about 12psi on dsm turbo.....i can use the extra cash by going b18b to buy my turbo stuff. WOW $700 for complete JDM engine, now that's awesome....what tranny should i use for the eg
