Default civic eg projector HID kit H3

I'm plannin to install a H3 hid kit in my 93 civic, & i have aftermarket projectors http://cgi.ebay.com/92-95-CIVI...wItem that im interested in putting them in, & would like to know where/what kind of kit(s) to go for, & if on ebay, which seller, & what you guys would recommend: like how many K? personally me I'm into the lightning strike white color w a lil purplish in it like 5-6%, and way impressive then compared to stock *****, i like the purple luxury lookin ones too, but tryin to avoid the civic from lookin like its custom hid kitted from far away n what gets me is that some of the purple kits can be too purplish where it separates you from the xenon new car crowds where you look tacky, basically im lookin into a damn well lit road visibility that the stocks cant illuminate good enough. Thanks

Speaking technically, around 4000-5000 (i think 4350ish?) Kelvin rating is the optimal light output for HID kits to the human eye. Thats about what most BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Volkswagon, ect (European) car makers use as far as lighting goes. Once you get to ~8k or above, you lose visible light to the eye in sacrafice for a show color, of deep blues (8k, 10k, even the purple tint of 12k).

This is how the HID halogen projector will look like

and this is what's going to happen in the Halogen projector after time
I suggest you to do a retrofit.

Jeez, Ive thought about getting HID's Numerous time, A part of me thinks its a bit rice, But whatever. But if i were to do it id have to do a retro fit, Because seeing HID's in a halogen headlight, that looks TERRIBLE. id hate my car to look like that. GE nighthawks FTW
