Will coil overs from a 93 eg fit on a 96 ek?

Re: Coil overs for an ek
EK LCA bushings are thinner than the LCA bushings on an EG so if you remove the coils from an eg and put them on an EK you will need the spacers for the rears. they look like thick washers and can probably order then from any shop, I know skunk2 sells them.
if you are just talking about sleeves then Ive wasted my time telling you about the LCA's and you are good to go.

Because the stock shocks are designed to work at stock heights and running them at lower heights damages them, eventually leading to permanent damage (AKA blown shocks). When you lower the shock you increase the amount of pressure in the tube, constantly running at high pressure causes a blowout because they're not designed to run at high pressure all the time.
