Default Dunlop 14 185/65 SP40 FE's Stock Civic Tires (Safety Issue/Known Problems)?

I recently replaced 2 of my stock Dunlops due to bubbling of the tire, after about 28,000 miles and 2 years of use. Treadwear was a little above the indicator so they would still have many more miles of use if not for this problem. I noticed the problem after I installed my coilovers/KYB's. I only drove these tires hard after I installed my suspension. Shortly after (a couple weeks) I noticed vibration in my steering wheel that started to worsen as time progressed. So I thought my tires need balancing. Go to shop, take of front drivers side wheel and notice a hemmorage on the tread within the tire. Oh ****, so that's the problem. Ok so I thought this was an isolated incident and had my two fronts replaced. Then I noticed the ride had smoothed out quite a bit but still noticed vibration coming from the rear. Week later, vibration has worsened. So, I run my hand round the tires in the rear and find out the same thing has happened to the right rear tire. Max speed limit here on Guam is 45 less in most places, but roads are horrible and full of knarly potholes. The fastest I've gone here was about 100 but not sustained for very long, 85 sustained for about 5 mins on smoothe pavement, and I typically drive 5-10 over posted speed limits. I've only tossed the car around tight bends about 3 times along a length of turns that takes less than 2 minutes to complete. Does anyone know of this kind of tire problem or any related issues? I would not buy these tires again, I do not deem them as safe. Edit: I've autocrossed my other car before on stock 14"ers but have never seen anything like this. (also spelling and grammar corrections)
