driver window keeps falling off track.... need help....

driver window keeps falling off track.... need help....
like it says above...... every two weeks I got to take the panel off and and put the window back on track.... What could be causing this?
p.s. I already tried the search but didn't feel like looking through 107 results....

Grease the tracks with silicone lube, it will help a bit.
What is most likely the case is your regulator is bent, happenned to me, I more or less straightened it but it will never be perfect. Get a new one.
Notorious problem in winter if your window freezes and you have power windows or you don't pay attention to the force you apply.

change that and the window stripping... mine was getting old and would crunch up and throw my window off track all the time so i replaced the whole stripping down to the sliders in the door.... works like a charm now :D
