By tuning the regulator and getting an optimal air/fuel mixture you can acquire a few HP. But like I said, unless you already have a problem, it's not going to be of any benefit.
EDIT: It's just a tool....like any tool, you have to actually use it. You can't just slap it on and expect it to do anything.

so would my i/h/e affect my mixture or not really, other than that i have msd, but nothin major (yet )

If it was my car, I'd go ahead and put one on. It's a mod you can build around, and it will ALWAYS be beneficial for tuning!

I agree,its a good investment for the future.When I put in my fuel pump,I felt a little better top-end,not much just pulled a little smoother.
