1999 Civic DX

I have an EM1 climate control in my car and recently, the top bulbs for the A/C control went out and so did the ones on the defrost, air, etc buttons.

The bottom twist-style **** still lights up perfectly, but the top two are every dim, and the defrost are completely dead unless I press the button, then the LED comes up, but not the amber.

So my question is, if I buy bulbs from the dealer will they be amber or clear? and if they are clear, do the bulbs in my climate control have amber condoms on them?

if you order the bulbs for an em1, they come with amber bulb condoms.. and if your climate was amber before.. you have the condoms already..

and theres no difference from an "em1" climate control.. to a normal *** 99-00 climate control..

I am well aware that there was no difference, only reason I was asking is if the bulbs had the condoms from the dealer, if they were amber, or if I already had the condoms.

are they regular wedge style bulbs are they special?

They are those twist on bulbs and they have condoms, but I couldnt exactly remove them. Ill try to get some new ones at the junk yard.
