DIY Crankshaft Pulley Bolt Tool (D15B7)
Before I did the timing belt on a D15B7 I couldn't find any information online regarding a good way to remove and install the crankshaft pulley bolt, so here is my contribution..

It is a simple steel plate with 1/4" holes drilled for bolts to go through. Measure from a side of the hole on one side to the same side of the other hole on the other side (I used a caliper to measure from the left side of the left hole to the left side of the right hole - this is far easier than trying to estimate the center of each hole while measuring). Center punch the plate for each hole, and drill each place that was punched with a 1/2" bit.
The bolts I used were from the front torque mount from a 90-93 accord, and the nuts that are used with them on the torque mount will keep themselves from turning on the other side of the pulley because of the way that they are designed. The bolts themselves are the perfect size for the pulley holes, but are too long for this application and had to be cut. I just used an angle grinder and cut the bolts off with an extra nut threaded on to them, and I just ground off the bolt as well as the surface of the top of the nut. I did this to prevent damaging the threads. You can also just clean them up when you're done, or cut them with something better such as a bandsaw..

I used the washers pictured (if you can see them) to take up the slack in the bolt, as the bolt is not threaded all the way to the head. In the end I also had to put a 1/2" square hole in the end of the plate for a breaker bar, because the plate would slip against the ground.
This along with two breaker bars (the one for the bolt was a 19" 3/4" pittsburgh from harbor freight with a 3/4" to 1/2" drive adapter, not sure if this was completely necessary or not - the other holding the plate against the ground was a 1/2" 15" craftsman), an extension and a six-point 17mm impact socket should be all you need to get the pulley off. This should work for any pulley with holes. Use holes that are 180 degrees apart from each other because this will provide the most leverage, as well as strength.

No, I did not paint the calipers.
I used this method because I had issues with my harmonic balancer coming loose on my D16Z6 on my del Sol (and it ruined the crankshaft, and I had to replace it), and so I definitely wanted to use a torque wrench to install the bolt. I also don't like the idea of simply using an impact gun to tighten it... nor do I have one good enough to remove and install this bolt, or any extra money to buy things I won't use very often..

or more simply get the tool for 20$ not everyone has an angle grinder to cut it out and I'm still missing how it holds the pulley it's self. plus I'm not a fan of scratching up my frame/drive shaft which I see is the leverage point is this just for the d15b cause my stock integra pulley had no bolt holes.

I don't think you get the point. Why make a tool when you can just buy the proper one? You didn't find a DIY about this because it's pointless when you can just buy/RENT the tool.

There's nothing wrong with a homemade crank pulley holder, I've got one here too, I never use it anymore since I too have a nice IR gun (2135TiMAX) but it sits in the bottom drawer of the toolbox just in case.

Kind of surprised to hear some of the responses in this thread. Need more threads of how to ghetto rig and cheap out instead of using the proper tool for the job? OP I'm sure it works great and not bashing your invention that's already been made professionally but my point is, you can RENT the tool at most auto part stores for free even! (deposit then once returned you get deposit back)

The tool OP made looks(IS) just thrown together if I were to have made something like that it would have been done "neater" I hate hack jobs in any form.

I saw one on youtube made out of a 1-1/2 pipe bushing, tee and nipple
looked like it worked pretty slick
supposedly the bushing is the exact same size as the crank hex
