d16z6 turbo misfiring at idle and stumbling at wot (pics inside)
ok so i replaced coil pack, wires, fuel filter, put through seafoam to clean injectors. checked the injectors and they are all clicking right. checked cap and rotor on dizzy and it looked good no corrosion. i changed the plugs but got factory recommended ngk plugs for them. was told i need colder plugs? checked timing. and nothing! my turbo has a little oil leak. turbo has no shaft play. or oil in the compressor inlet. do you think this could be causing all my problems? when it boost it would boost to 10lbs psi no problem when i first start the car after it's been sitting for a day. but after 20 mins or so it would stumble/hesitate at wot only like pass 5k rpm. here are pictures

Check for boost leaks. Make sure you have correct gap on plugs. Fix your oil leak before your car catches fire and your insurance wont wont place your car lol.

i have no wideband. and i bought it tuned on hondata s200. compression test and it was 150 all around. no CELs. i think the car might be running lean?? bc it misfires at idle when warm

no its factory recommended plugs. i didn't think colder plugs could cause that much of a problem could it? i didn't regap the plugs either because wasn't sure what to gap it at. could the plugs be causing all this

sounds like you are new to this. colder plugs are a must in any performance oriented upgrade. the more oxygen and fuel you get into cylinders = more pressure/ more heat - so the stock spark plugs were not meant to handle these type situation. "breaking up" or stumbling at WOT could mean . spark plugs needs to be regapped, afr running lean, timing to advanced (detonation) and a few other things. as for your oil leak... looks like its pretty bad oil leaking into charge piping will also cause detonation. is your car properly tuned on a good engine management or program? pretty much i think your car is getting too hot and detonating , too much timing being ran

You should have gone with slighlty colder plugs. It sounds like you have boost leak or a bad tune. You could also be experiencing spark blow out since you have gaped the plugs. I would also get a wideband you could be trashing the motor and not even know it.

Colder plugs. Research would have told you that much. Get a wideband. How do you monitor AFRs? So are you able to datalog?
