d16z6 timing belt, water pump, tensioner and seals replacement recommendation
here are all the parts im replacing but i was also told to replace the cam seal and crank seal but i can not find the part number for either one. i was also wondering what else should i replace since im in that area. i do plan on keeping it for many more years and it has 165k miles.
14400-P28-004 012 001 BELT, TIMING (104RU24 A-555) (UNITTA)
14520-P2A-305 013 001 TENSIONER SET, TIMING BELT (KOYO SEIKO)
11831-P08-000 004 001 RUBBER, SEAL (LOWER)
11832-P28-A00 005 001 RUBBER, R. BACK SEAL
11833-P08-000 006 001 RUBBER, L. BACK SEAL
i want to replace #20 which im sure it is the cam seal but there is no part number and i do not know where to find the crank seal, unless the lower rubber seal is it?

Cam seal: 91213-P2F-A01 OIL SEAL (29X45X8) (ARAI)
Crank seal: 91212-P2F-A01 OIL SEAL (31X46X7)
I had to get the cam seal part no. from BK Honda, not sure why it wasn't listed on hondaautomotiveparts Crank seal is under oil pump btw. Also the water pump gasket/o-ring comes with the new pump, same goes for the thermostat grommet/seal.

i did browse through the oil pump section but did not know that was the oil seal for the crank but i do now.
so youre saying my list shows extra o-ring for the water pump when it is included and extra rubber for the thermostat when it is also included?

I really can't think of anything else I could recommend. Other than a tube of Hondabond for the corners of the valve cover gasket, and maybe a new valve cover gasket if yours is leaking.

so my mechanic said the following parts are extra and should not be replaced because they do nothing to the engine and are just seals for the timing belt cover, not the motor
