Power Steering Pressure Switch (PSPS)
The power steering oil pressure switch is attached to the power steering high-pressure tube and detects a power steering load. When a power steering load is detected, it signals the ECM. The ECM adjusts the idle speed for the increased load.
I found this online so i can leave it unhooked right?? and just give gas when turning the wheel and not rolling. lol idk .

Sounds fine to me. I did the opposite when I swapped from power to manual rack, just kinda clipped the connector and didn't throw a CEL or anything. You don't even have to give it more gas I'd guess. If it puts a load on the pump, EFI should take notice and give a bit higher idle.
