Icon2 B18 water leak

I posted an add earlier saying my b18 is leaking water out of the bottom of the driver side and everyone said my water pump is leaking down the timing belt i have the belt cover still on but the water is still leaking even when the car isnt running from the same spot can it still be the water pump without the car running. I know its not coming from the oil pan i checked my oil and its fine i have been driving it because it wasnt leaking that bad but now its draining my radiator without running in 15 min. can anyone help Thanks.

it could still b water pump. If the system is pressurized or the leak is big enough it would still leak. Can you get under the car to see under the intake manifold area?
