Default D16y7 intermittent misfire

So I was going to work the other day and almost to work then my check engine light started flashing and started misfiring really bad. I pulled 2 codes with my obd2 scanner and it was p1399 and p0320 I think. I finally got to work and started it and drove it on my lunch without any trouble and even drove it a couple more days. Well, it did it again. Same symptoms. If I let it sit, no problems for a while. Just wondering what everyone thinks it could be. It hasn't had a tune up since I got it, just replaced the wires with a good used set of ngk's. It only seems to do it when it is fully warmed up. Could this be the ignitor in the dizzy? I'm off tomorrow so I will look at it then, just want some advice on what to look for specifically. Thanks.

The code went away the next day and no cel popped up the second time it happened. It may not have been 0320 but when i googled it it was two misfire codes... i think 0320 is the cat....

When the problem happens again, pull the codes and post them. A tune up^ is a good idea though.

Im fixing to go to work, so if it happens again, i'll pull them. Moneys kinda tight with christmas right around the corner, I just need this engine and trans to last till spring, so i'm not really looking to do more work than I have to, just need a few more months out of it.

The only hidden code is p0302... No cel but that code is stored. Just got to work and had no issues yet

Check spark and fuel spray for cylinder 2. If those are fine, a compression test is next.
