Default d16y7 or d16y8 exhaust question

i was wondering does the d16y8 exhaust manifold work on the d16y7 head ?

Yes, the Y8 and Y7 have the same head casting so the exhaust mani's are interchangeable.

Please note it won't bolt up to your existing exhaust.

If you're replacing your y7 manifold because it's cracked or whatever you need to have some extra work done. Like getting a catalytic converter installed, and a little custom piping. Not to mention a bung installed.

Did this about a year ago and it was a pain in the ***.
