Default d16y5 p29 pistons?

so my car ate the oil rings so I pulled it apart and send the head to a local macine shop to have it gone through. I pulled the pistons out and the cyl walls look pretty good for 167,000 miles, so my plan is to just hit the cyl walls with a ball hone and install p29 pistons and new bearings ect. I was wondering if im going to run into and fuel issues by bumping up he compression on this lean burning engine? ive read a lot of posts but nothing is telling me what I need to know. whole car is stock unmolested 97 hx all I will do it change to p29 pistons

P29's and Y5/Y8 head are a bad combination especially with the stock HX injectors and ecu.

Of course I did. Your question is based on a dumb assumption that installing those pistons is somehow a benefit.
