Fuel cutoff
I have a 97 civic coupe bone stock ebay turbo.
Ran good idle good.
Recently when we full throttle the car fuel cuts around 4k and up. The rpm will slowly climb up but loses a lot if power
Like its a rev limiter only happen on Wot
Regular driving it runs fine

"ebay turbo kit" there's your main issue ! stop being cheap and get legit parts. but as said get it tuned even better get a s300 and wideband so you actually know what's going on along with a boost gauge.

Re: Fuel cutoff
We are trying to tune it. But how when this rev limiter thing is coming up. It's just leaning out when looking at the wideband.
Just because it's an ebay turbo it isn't gonna go out that fast I know there junk. Of course later on upgrade to legit.

Re: Fuel cutoff
How exactly are you trying to tune it? Do you have ANY idea what you're doing? What's happening is your car is not tuned at all, and your stock ECU is seeing a shitload of pressure on your stock MAP and freaking the **** out. Stop trying to drive the car, call Xenocron, and buy a socketted ECU and a basemap chip for your car. Use the basemap to drive it to a professional tuner.

Re: Fuel cutoff
Yeah my first thought was you put turbo on and didn't upgrade your injectors. Stock injectors won't be able to provide enough fuel for WOT turbo so even tuning it won't do much to fix the issue.
You have to up your injector size and chip your ecu and then tune it. Mo dollas masta... mo dollas!
