Default D series setup

ok so I have a D15B7 bottom end, D15B2 head, and of course a D16A6 cam. now, I was told to buy a D16Y7 cam gear, so will that work for sure? will I be able to actually use that setup just fine? cus right now, its just a D15B7 with a D15B2 head, and I know that camshaft sucks...

for sure, and all I have to do with the cam is make sure the word saying up is pointing up? cus this new cam gear is a five spoke versus my standard honda style with the word up and then lines going straight across...
