crazy idle after vtec hits
I got a 95 hatch with a B20/Vtec. It has a gsr head running a p28 ecu on Chrome. The problem is when I hit vtec the idle starts to surge go up and down and won't go away until the car is turned off and runs normal. I need so help and ideas on what could be the cause. Honda guros plz help. Thanks in advance.

When disconect the vtec line it doesn't change anything just stay the same
and the cel light doesn't come on at all
and the cel light doesn't come on at all
