Crankshaft pulley bolt torque specs
What are the REAL specs to torque the bolt on the crankshaft pulley of a Civic 1998 D16Y engine (non V-TEC stock one). A year ago I used what my service manual says: 20 N/m + 90 degrees. Then, about half a year ago, I read that Honda had released (a long time ago) a bulletin stating new specs for torque, but I can't find it anywhere now.
Lost a pulley and a crankshaft by following the original 20 N/m (7.2 lbft) +90 degrees. Don't want to go through that again.
