Default Cold Start problem & stumbling/misfire

I recently bought a 92 Civic Si and I knew there were problems, but I can't seem to figure it out.

My car tends to not want to start when it been sitting for a while. On a cold start, it will take a few/lot of cranks before starting; and I usually have to step on the throttle to give it some gas. Sometimes I will have to give it constant gas to keep it alive, as it idles around 100-200. Right after it starts the rpms jumps to about 1700, then drops to about 1000 (sometimes under). If i rev the engine a few times it usually warms at 1700, then idles at 400-500. The car usually starts fine after the first start in the morning. I've checked the dizzy/cap/wires (the previous owner replaced all these). I replaced the fuel filter.

And now for the second problem...It misfires when I step on the throttle too much under the 2000 rpm range. I've tried a MAP sensor and fuel pump from a working 94 Civic CX. I've checked the TPS following the Haynes manual and it was good. I've changed the PCV valve.
Also when I give it WOT from idle, it takes about 1-2 seconds before it the rpms start to move, and when it moves, it stumbles its way up till about 3000 rpms.

Other info that might be helpful:

The previous owner replaced the ECU from a P28 to a P06.
The clutch is pretty high.
I don't get a CEL.

Winter is just around the corner, I hope someone can help me before it gets too cold!

Weak Ignition coil, weak fuel pump, clogged fuel filter, clogged injectors.

Repalce the coil, get it tested with the ignitor at Autozone. Buy some SeaFoam and do a decarbon through a vacuum hose near the throttle body and put some in the gas tank too on full. If this helps but does not cure it, get the injectors flow tested and cleaned.
