best way to make it sound like a sti? run it on 3 cylinders. . why does he want a civic to sound like a subaru? to me they sound like tractors....but to each there own.

tell him to get on the internet price a cam, springs, cam gear and retainers. doesnt take awhole lot of work

i don't know. he loves the sound of them. and he thinks his civic will sound like it if he puts a bigger cam in it. and he says it should spit and sound all nasty like a v8 lol. so i dont know he just wants me to price it all out.

between cams springs retainers cam gear tuning ( and he will need to raise his compression alot to make any use of a wild cam) he will have a grand or 2 in it. "thats pointless to just achieve a "sound". tell him to buy a sti or pull a plug wire or 2 and drive around.

seriously though your freind is an idiot, and should probably just slam his car into a tree while not wearing a seatbelt

[freak]en A! your right lol thats a lot!!! what if he were to just put a stage 1 cheap cam or maybe stage 2. will it make it sound beter. cuz he says he just wants a meaner exhaust tone. he likes when they backfire and spit and sound all [freak]ed up. lol

turbo it with anti lag then theres your mean nasty sound for the same price and hey it might even go somewhat fast too
