Default Civic/GSR swap - low idle and runs rough

Its a gsr in 95 civic fresh rebuild and when I go to start it, it starts perfect for about 3 seconds then shuts off and I can keep it running with my foot but its rough.

What ECU are you using? Is the CEL on? Does it work? Have you checked mechanical and ignition timing?

You're using the wrong ECU, and the car isn't running correctly. Imagine that!

Get a GSR ECU.

Even with p28 it shouldn't dump that much fuel should it? I've tried ls ecu also with no luck.

The plugs drip of fuel when pulled just after a couple starts.

P28 isn't goin to run a stock gsr manni. Gsr manni has butterflies in which the p28 doesn't have.

The whole setup up is b18 c bottom end with manly rods, wiseco 10.1 pistions, sleeved block 81.5 bore built b16 head with crowler stage 2 cams valves and springs and retainers. With Victor x manifold with thermal intake gasket and cometic head gasket precision 62/62 turbo ect. Car starts rich and won't idle and will not run until its warm then it will idle but still rich and will bog down and cut off when trying to move it. Oh, so there's a bunch of details you didn't give us in your first post? Read the rules sticky. Everything you just posted should have been in your original post!

Tow your car to a tuner. End of discussion, end of story.

OP seems to think a stock P28 can run a boosted, cammed, bored motor. Stop, right the **** now. You've probably already washed the cylinder walls and fucked the motor up, but tow it to a tuner and let them unfuck what you've already messed up.

Stock injectors off my b16 and it womt run long enough yo hurt it I hope and I already talked to shuee he said it sjould run on stock map and he can't tune it till its running normal I'd be wasting my rime towing it down there.

I'm having a similar issue with my swap except my idle problem only happens at a red light. It be 1000 for about 20 sec then it'll drop but I have a chip gsr ecu.

Oh nah mine last a little longer then that but I may have exaggerated a bit but I thought it was the obd2 sensor thing on the back of the throttle body. So I got a new one and it didn't change anything. You may have to clean the throttle body with the carbon cleaner I think it's called. That's what I gonna do and I'll let you know if it works. And try adjusting the idle. It may be too tight to where no air is getting in.
