Default Civic Coupe Steering and Camber issue

Car is a 95 dx coupe. So ive been battling this vague/ sloppy steering for a while now and just last month I replaced my inner tie rods because those hadnt been touched yet and thought they could be at fault. Replaced them, kept the same outers as they were in good shape still.

Put it all back together and tried to get the toe as good as I could before an alignment. As soon as i pulled the car off the rack and parked it in the driveway I could tell the driver front wheel was definitely neg cambered noticeable more than the passenger side and I couldnt understand why seeing as nothing was touched besides the inner and outer tie rods.

Got it aligned toe is correct but readout showed driver side -3 camber passenger side -1. I jacked it up again and reseated the outer tie rod and did a small check on my coilovers too and dont understand how it couldve cambered itself when nothing that naturally contributes to camber was touched, so thats the camber issue.

Even after the inner tie rod replacement I still have a vagueness when turning left and now a more twitchy steering I think due to the neg camber, but still sloppy feeling so Im leaning towards replacing the steering rack seeing as every front suspension component has been replaced and upgraded besides the rack. And yes I have adjusted the steering rack nut multiple times to get a tighter feeling but no luck.

Manual rack
Tried to get a better pic from the front but lighting was bad. It doesnt look as severe on the left because I just took it off jacks so it hasnt fully settled yet

While i just had it up too I was jiggling 6 and 12 for lower ball joint movement and prying the bottom of the tire but absolutely no movement which was one of the last things i was thinking it could be

Before I did my inner tie rods my camber was even atleast visually on both sides and would evenly adjust as I raised and lowered the car. Just before I did my inner tie rods I had raised my car to get rid of some negative camber and get a more straight flush look, which I had until after the inner tie rods.

So theres no reason for me to get a camber kit because I never had an issue before with uneven camber
