Civic Blowing Parking fuses
My car is blowing the fuse for the parking lights. Which ties into the gauge cluster and brake lights. I took a look at everything and i noticed my headlight harness is looking like it could be melting. Does anyone know if it ties into my parking lights?

I had a similar problem when i first got my car. there was, for some reason, aluminum shavings in the cigarette lighter socket. shorted the terminals, blew the fuse. check that and the wiring around it

If it were me I would check your radio harness (the red/with black stripe). If this is wire touches ground it will also blow the fuse, ( I have seen a lot of people with this problem)

well it is a weird sequence of events. yesterday i put a new alternator belt on it. this morning i go to drive it and i noticed when i turned my headlights on i only had one. then i noticed hey no parking lights. smacked the socket to my driver side headlight and it came on. but still no parking lights. gee they are tied into my gauge cluster, tail lights and my license plate lights too..
