how do you check valve lash?

you need a feeler gauge.
if you know what you are doing, a standard set will work fine. i have a set of " go-no go" gauges and they are priceless. they have a step in them. low side is like .006 high is .008. if the 6 goes in and stops at 8 you know you are at 7. easy.
ill see if i can get a pic of them.

go no go's on kd tools.

let someone introduce you to what "drag" is when you pull the gauge, and you can use normal ones, not the go-no-go....
