Check engine light
Just did a auto to manual tranny swap on my 95 honda civic
when i started the car i had a DTC code 2-2 and my SRS light was on...
looked up code 2-2 and its a SRS problem, this happen to anyone? dont even know where to start looking

no i jumped the wires and got 2 fast blinks and 2 slow, so thats CEL 2-2 for SRS... but it wasnt there before i did my auto to manual swap... so idk where to start looking to fix the SRS problem

your check engine light does not come on for the airbag system. the SRS light would illuminate if there was a problem with that system.

my SRS light is illuminated, and when i went to alldata.com to check code 2-2 it was for SRS problem. so both lights are on for the same thing, idk where to start looking for a problem like that

i checked the list and 22 is for a vtech pressure valvle... my car is not vtech tho. when i did the auto to manual swap tho i just cut a wire to the automatic solenoid, think that would have anything to do with it?

what manual ECU did you put in to replace your old auto ECU? if it is a P28 for instance that is a VTEC ecu on a non VTEC harness and could be causing your CEL. i would expect other codes as well though.
cutting your auto trans. solenoid wires would not cause this.

oh yeah good point, i did put in a P28 so that makes sense now thx man. i just gotta figure out this SRS problem now
