Post To change clutch pedal or not

Just the past weekend, I did a motor swap. I put my 1.8L LS into an EG hatchback. My motor has a cable transmission. The previous motor in the hatchback was a D16Z6 with a hydro transmission. Do I need to change out the clutch pedal from my civic coupe to the eg?

I'm not doing any modifications. I just need to know if I need to swap the clutch pedals.

but the kits are bolt up. seems easier than doing the pedal swap and everything that goes along with that.

No it's not a trick question. I just need a few tips to help me with the process of disassembling the clutch pedal assembly.

There are no tips. Get on your back under the dash and you'll see that.
