whats up everyone, i have a 96 civic hatch with a b20 in it i was driving home one day and my car turned off and when i turned it back on it wouldnt let me rev pass 3k rpms. I researched what it could of been so i retimed it, changed the injectors,fuel filter, ecu, battery and alternator. also i pulled the wiring harness out to check if any wires were showing, Now it turns on and sounds fine when i have another car jumping it when i disconnect it stays on for about a minute and it starts to die i drove it for 10minutes and when i stepped on the gas my headlights went out and the car died after that.

could it be that i put a connection wrong when i put the harness back in
