Default car wont start

OK, i have 97 Civic EX with B18C1 engine car ran fine for long time so that have nothing to do with swap or wrong wiring.
What happen i was driving home and car just died out gauges drop down, pull to a side of the road keept cranking it started back up, drove for a couple a miles it died again, and now it wont even start.

This is what i have tried already:
Checked spark on all four cylinder Good
Checked timing belt Good
Checked pulse to injectors Good
Checked injectors if they spraying Good
checked compression 200 -- 210 across all four
checked fuel pump pressure at a pump 45 psi (but it does make a loude noise then before when priming but i dont think its a problem)
Checked ingnition switch looks good
Disconected alarm kill relay

One thing i notice after cranking for a while i took spark plugs out and they where not wet, maybe just a little i would expected them to be flooded. Not sure why. I did checd pulse to injectors with noid light and i also tested injectors by puling fuel rail off and firing one injector at a time by suppling power on one side and ground on another and i used fuel pump to build up pressure in a fuel rail.

I dont know what else to check if somebody have some good ideas that would be great.
I also heard to check main relay but i dont know, because pump is priming and i do have voltage at injectors
