Default Car Stutters when turning

hello everyone im trying to self diagnose this but im having a hard time. My friend is trying to sell me his hatch and im pretty sure im going to get it. No powersteering and it has a lsvtec.
THE PROBLEM:
when I turn the wheel hard right or left and accelerate the car stutters I think its the cv boots my friend disagrees is this how it is when you have no power steering? Can anyone shed some light on this matter?

What exactly do you mean by stutter? My EK has no P/S and it operates silently (as it should). My car does grown a bit, but it's a newer development, I think it needs rear shocks or bushings, I don't think it relates to the manual steering.

I've seen power steering groan, etc. when the pump is wearing out, manual steering really has nothing to create noise, it's so simple.

that's exactly why im confused. When I take a turn out of my driveway and accelerate the car starts to jerk. Thats why im thinking it could be the axles are worn. Im not the greatest mechanic but my friend swears that is how it sounded after he took out the power steering. I think he's blowin sunshine up my ***! LOL!
