Three things
1)alignment
2)Bad tires
3)Steering column
It can be a combination of both and vice versa, its you're deal

Bad alignment, bad balancing, and warped rotors (if it increases during braking)

Get the alignment... then come back. I doubt it's anything else. But let us know if the problem is still there.

check your break your steerin wheel will shake if you need a brake job or if you lugs are loose. but it will pull if you need to get it aligned

I had that. So I got my alignment.
"Hey your right front axle needs replacement."
Got that fixed.
"Oh yeah, that squeeling, thats your breaks needing replacing, and we'll resurface your rotors."

But with how I drive, its probably my tires.
So it could very well be your tires.

Tires just balanced, New Wheel bearings, New pads and rotors, new inner & outer tie rods, Ball joints.
Why did you do all this?

Because i was tired of replacing stuff and when i decided to do my suspension i did replaced everything just for my reassurance.

BTW the alignment fixed the shaking problem

If you had to force the axle or the wheel bearing you may have disturbed the bearing this would cause the same effect.
