Default car misfiring, won't hold idle. rebuilt gsr swap in 96 civic

********* warning**********
********* warning**********
Please bare with me this post is kinda all over the place.

So i've been pretty stumped this whole week trying to get this car to run properly, but everything i seem to do has little to no effect. Just a run down of the situation and parts and motor i have.

1997 obd2a gsr complete change over. I'm currently running the stock p72-a03 usdm ecu that came with the swap, and also stock oem cat.
engine has been rebuilt to oem specs.

resurfaced the head, new seals, re seated the valves, all new seals and gaskets.

block has been honed, resurfaced, new rings, bearings, micropolished the crank.

before i assembled everything i asked the machine shop to take a look over the block and head to ensure everything was ok and would be properly functional and they gave me the ok and told me which bearings and rings and stuff to install.

I then proceeded to put everything together, new oil pump, timing belt, water pump, seals everything is oem.

i poured all oem fluids except for oil, oem trans fluid, oem coolant, and valvoline 5w30 conventional oil.

i triple double checked the timing to make sure i was perfectly lined up with cam gears and crank tdc marking, also made sure the firing order on the injectors were right and firing order on distributor was correct. Both the injectors and distributor firing order was based off my running stock 98 gsr.

fast forward to the day of start up, first thing i did was prime the engine to build up oil pressure with distributor unplugged and injectors unplugged until the oil light turned off.
After the light oil light turned off i replugged everything and i started the engine. it started up fine first try and idled around 3-4k for a while until the fans came on i which i thought was kinda weird, but i bled the coolant system and made sure i got out all the air bubbles. During this time i was inspecting every aspect of the cooling system, oil pump, coolant pipe all coolant hoses to make sure their was no leaks at all. after about 20-30mins of the car idling and bleding the system my first cel came on which was for tps. i tried calibrating the tps sensor to only to figure out it was faulty or i might of did it wrong, but i followed the instructions i found on honda-tech how to properly calibrate the tps sensor. I couldn't fix the cel issue swapped tps sensors with the same issue. During this time i encounter another problem with misfiring car bogging or it feels like it wants to die idle dropping from 1k to 500 and struggles to pick itself back up. i decided to swap the complete tb from my dd 98 integra gsr, cel goes away, but the rough idle and misfiring continue. Then i think what could possibly cause this to happen? i figure well maybe this brand new distributor i bought might be faulty so i pull the one from my dd and same thing. i then decide to check my new ngk plugs i believe they are a bk model number or something, and they were covered in all black and a bit wet so now im at this point where i think my injectors are shot or stuck open or something i waste no time in swapping over my fuel rail, injectors, fpr from my running car....... SAME THING! then i get to the point where im like wtf could it be?! so i swap my ecu, main relay, and complete engine harness all from known working cars and well... SAME ******* THING!

im also using ngk bkr6e plugs.

any thoughts or ideas to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

as for tomorrow i plan to compression test, redo my valve lash, possibly run a test pipe? oh i also have new denso 02 sensors.

the state of the car now as it is no cels, rough idle, misfiring.

Also i did notice a slight humming noise coming from the iacv, would that possibly cause the car to run like this?

btw the ecu's i've tried are

obd1 jdm p30
obd1 usdm p72 gsr
obd2a usdm p72-a03
obd2a usdm p72-a04

Before you do anything else, do a compression check and post your results. Who finished the engine build, you or the shop? Have you rebuilt engines before?
