If you put a EK steering column on your car, the wheel will fit.
Quick visit to your local scrap yard, max $80-100(with wheel, ignition and key)

A leather-wrapped GSR wheel with a Honda airbag looks factory and slick. A lot nicer to drive with as well.

putting a 96-00 steering column in would be nice cuz then you could put in an s2k wheel, dc5 wheel, ep wheel, or a 96-00 wheel obviously. lol but thats alot of work...i would just get an aftermarket wheel
