Bolt broke off in subframe brkt, help!
The car is a 2000 Civic Si.
I was installing the RR sway bar bracket when the bolt snapped off in the subframe / weld nut.
There's nothing sticking out on either side and I tried a "screw extractor" but it snapped off when I applied torque to loosen the stuck bolt.
Any suggestions?

I would have tried drilling it out before using an extractor.
You could try using a MAP gas torch and heating the broken bolt up and try to extract it again.

Penetrant, let it soak overnight, center punch (hammer and punch) the sheared boltto guide the drill bit, drill out hole large enough for a decently large extractor to wind it out.

I had the same thing happen.
I tried all the normal extractor tricks and kept failing miserably.
I got out the MIG welder and welded a 3" bolt to the broken stub.
That gave me a new bolt head to put a socket on. I think the heat from the welder also helped loosen the broken bolt.
