Default Blackworks LSV conversion kit

hey H-T i was looking around at LSV conversion kits again for a build im doing and was wondering if anyone had used or heard anything about the blackworks kit. it is identical to the golden eagle kit but instead of $250 its $139. i know often times its you get what you pay for, but the parts and pieces cant differ all that much. heres the link http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLACK...Q5fAccessories

thanks for input.

ok im looking to get this Blackworks Lsv Kit and they have improved. Its 169 with free shipping on jhpusa.com and i would like to no if any1 has had any success with there new and improved set up
Blackworks VTEC Conversion sandwich plate with a -6AN fitting for the plate and head.
Blackworks -6AN steel braided teflon hose for oil supply
Blackworks VTEC conversion dowels for proper alignment for the head to block without machining; holes opened for proper installation.
Blackworks 1/8 NPT plug for the oil port in the head
New - Now with Cometic head gaskets in 81MM (B18), 84MM (B20) size's only.
This is a "NO machining kit " we mean that there is no reason that anyone cannot do this kit in their own garage, with the right tools and skills.

Learn to go back and edit posts with additional info.

My question is "How do you KNOW it's improved"? Answer: You don't.
My second question is "Why do they look identical?" Answer: Blackworks rips off other company's designs constantly. Maybe they just tweaked this kit to match the GE kit better to address flaws in how they copied it the first time.
My third question is "Would you trust a knock-off company's product?" Answer: Hell no.

Way to bump an old thread.

Sounds like you already made up your mind and are looking for some people to tell you to run with your choice. If you want to support knock-off companies that steal and then profit off of the companies that actually do R&D and create the product then go right ahead.

Cometic makes the kit improved? So a part that THEY have to order, just like anyone else, is all it takes to improve something?

And if you HONESTLY think Blackworks is an amazing company, I want some of what you're on.

Your post is pretty hard to read, work on your spelling and grammar, it will get you more responses. Also you could start a new thread instead of bumping a 4 year old thread, this is the forum rules.

I have no experience with BWR, but I have seen people on here have problems with their stuff. There is a reason it is cheap, no R&D, knock off crap.

It really sounds like you are just going to buy the BWR kit no matter what anyone says, just go buy it and see how it turns out.

this is the reason why i barly come on this forum to many uptight people about ****. idk about you people but id rather 450 on a set of coilover that will perform just *** well *** 900 dollar coilovers. so what if they copied let it be this is why there 1 of there the top selling brand because not everyone has 1000 dollars to drop on parts so if we can get the same exact quality for half the price ima take it. a buddy of mine had a eg ex coupe gsr motor lsd gsr trans carbon fiber everything, and everything under the chassis was BWR even the radiator. and when i tell you that car hugged the corners at 90+ mph its good in my book

Please stop coming on this forum if you are not going to take any advice, spell, and use grammar properly.

Once again another case of my friend had this or that.

Isn't made up? Sure it is. All your testimony indicates that it is. It's the same but cheaper and your boy runs Blackworks parts.

Ha! I spit out my coffee when I read this. If JHP sells it then it must be good? How about it must be popular and they are in the business of making money?

Blackworks=#1 knock-off undercutting company out there. Go ahead and save a buck.

OKK AND UR HURT BY THE FACT THAT THERE A "#1 KNOCK OFF COMPANY" u must be 1 of those guys who swears by "real **** like spoon, mugen, hks," not every1 has spoon money so we find the next best thing that will make our car handle well in this case extremely well because *** you say its been "TRIED AND TRUE" and we still have some change left over for other parts. and if they was in the business for money and bwr wasnt a gud brand dnt u think they would stop selling there ****. if u buy something from them which come with a warrenty and sumthing happens your gunna return it right? so you tell me WHAT COMPANY WILL CONTINUE TO SELL **** IF THEY NO THERE GUNNA END UP GETTING A **** TON OF RETURNS?? i can tell u now we can back and forth about this **** all dam day but it still doesnt change the fact BWR will continue to produce and sell their items because thieve been "TRIED AND TRUE"

give me a break kid. cop out excuse after cop out excuse. you dont need anything from bwr or any other company. you want that stuff. stop trying to justify being cheap. how about you save money and do it right the first time and get something good.
