Default Belt tensioner fail cams rotated 180degrees! helP!

Ok so i started my motor after TDC. The engine ran for a few seconds then shutoff. I started it again tried to keep it alive with the throttle, it worked. Then let off the gas and the motor turned off. When i looked at the cam gears after TDC the crank, the cams rotated 180 degrees!!!! up arrow facing down. The belt was also shaking violently. The belt tensioner wasn't torqued down enough............. what do i do?! New Head? New Valves? Its a B20b non-vtec.
