Toe adjustment.
Seriously. It may not have much to do with bushings or anything. It could just be that your toe adjustment was knocked out of whack. It's somewhat normal for toe to go out over time; that's why you should get alignments every year or so.
How bad is it? If it's less than a few degrees, an alignment shop should be able to dial it back in using the toe adjustment bolts.

Find a shop that does computer alignment.. Therefore you can stare at the computer monitor to see when it goes from red to green. Meaning its in spec. If the guy tells you that he can't adjust it into spec, then you may have had an accident that damaged something

If that's not possible, that does indicate a problem, assuming the alignment guy's not an idiot noob... which isn't always guaranteed.
Could be bad trailing arm bushings, I guess. However, I've seen them TORE UP BAD, and still able to maintain toe. You should be able to visually inspect them and see how bad they are.
If not that, I'd start looking at a bent LCA or trailing arm. Judging from what I've seen of junkyard cars, it seems like a lot of people are rolling in Civics with completely fux0red lower control arms and probably don't even know it.

Honestly, I think I'd take it back to them, with the sheet, and ask why they didn't align it to spec. Either they'll try again, or tell you there's something wrong.

Before taking it back to the place that aligned it, visually inspect the LCA and it's bushings if it all checks out then drive it back to the shop as suggested by the other people on this thread.

Re: bad rear toe on passenger side
that hardly even adjusted it, go back speak with manager and complain. looks like you found one of the lazy alignment shops, Demand they fix it, and call BBB.
