Icon6 b20 vtec starter issue help needed.

Okay first i have a 95civic with a b20 block. with a 99 gsr. trans and head.
the car started perfect for months drove it with no issues. Got into the car to go to work
and no start. car has a full battt. so i knew it wasn't dead. and i could hear the fuel pump kick in when i turned the key. it seemed like the starter wasn't kicking in.

so i replaced the starter i made sure it worked before i left. got no start. it was like
starter was getting no power to it.

second i checked the main relay and got a new one. this seemed to not work

i know my clutch is bypassed for the remote start. It is the viper deal. i dont like it. but was on the car when i bought it. so i knew it has nothing to do with the Clutch.

i have had some issues with grounds when i switched out my trans and put the new motor in. My bay was painted. and i forgot to scratch some paint off. and it would work fine

any help in this as soon as possible would be amazing.

can you jump power directly to the starter and make it start?

Update. i tried to scrape off the paint where all my ground wiress
are and the negative. And jumped the batter off another car.
everything turned on including the fuel pump. Still seemed as the starter wasn't cutting on.
but my fan kept cutting on. tried unplugin the pice from the harness to the starter. and the fan still cuts on. lost.

Check whether the wires for the clutch pedal starter switch bypass have come apart.

you really need to get a DVOM out and make sure that you have 12 volts to the big starter wire and check for ground and make sure you have 12 v on the s terminal on the solenoid

Update i checked under the clutch to see if the bypass came off. all looked good
with the wires being connected right. i really had no clue what i should have been
looking for. i did notice that one of the wires for the bypass had a cut in it. i looked around
to see if a wire was connected go this. bit no luck. i did see the viper alarms has 2 fuses hooked up to itthey where not blowen but looked trashed an somewhat melted. i did replace them. but still no luck
with getting her started. i tried to see if i could find a kill switch for the alarm but no luck.

also i noticed before when i would start my car and it would run. my fuel pump would kick on
before i turned the key all they way . know if i turn the key just a little i get nothing its not till after
i turn to the on and let got does the fuel pump kick in.

only reason i noticed this.was when i would do cold starts and i let the fuel pump cut on and off then start. so. .. tomorrow i have a friends coming over and help out. so fill free to throw some clues out thereto try and figure this all out.

thanks
