Default B18C Swap, Rear Engine Mount

Hey guys, I am bout to install my JDM B18C swap in my Del Sol tomorrow!!! I was wondering on the rear mount, I was able to leave the bracket that bolts to the motor, connected to the rear mount and the remove it after the engine was out. Do I bolt this to the mount, lower the engine in and then connect it, or put the engine in and then fish the bracket in afterwords?

i found it easier to get all the bolts lined up by bolting it to the engine first.
