Default B16A2 Timing Belt?

I recently purchased a 99 Civic Si and was inspecting the timing belt yesterday and found that it was a little loose feeling, is that a common thing with timing belts? Also the belt was bright red and I can't find any details as to which brand it is so if anyone knows that would be a plus TIA

The blet may have manufacturer information printed on it. Post picture or a video of how loose the belt is. Check belt tension after rotating the crank pulley counterclockwise for one revolution.
