Axles for auto and manual 99 ex civic coupe

Default Axles for auto and manual 99 ex civic coupe

I have a 99 civic ex coupe and I am doing a auto to manual swap and need to know if I can re-use the auto axles..

Are they the same part number as the manual axles??

Not to be rude but I don't want a should be. I need to know for sure and I have no way of finding out. Somone help. Thanks in advanced.

As long as your auto axels are in good condition, they should be fine. There's a c ring on the inside of each axel though. You're suggested to replace it after you pull the axels out of your a/t transmission Don't try to shortcut and put the axel in without the ring, the axel can pop out for no reason without the clip.

oops i put should be I can't guarantee they're fine... you need your axels coming out fine and your transmission fine... both need to be D-series... after that it'll fit guaranteed
