Anyone ordered/hear from Jazz Pro Parts recently?
I would have liked to post this topic in a general forum since it's only related to Honda's because I ordered an exhaust for my Del Sol. But I'm a noob and I figured I'd have at least some luck posting it here.
I placed an order with Jazz Pro Parts on June 29th and all I have received was a confirmation email. Since the Exhaust I ordered has been discontinued for some time now I tried calling them throughout last week to determine if they even had it in stock - but when I called I would get forwarded to a full voicemail on their sales line and a perpetual busy signal on their support line. Also I sent an email which has not been responded to either. I figured they might be out for the holiday weekend, but I got the same responses today (July 7th)
What really perplexes me is the fact that I can no longer track my order on their site, it's like it was wiped off completely. I paid with a credit card so I'm not entirely worried about a scam, and as to date they haven't even charged me - but I really want that exhaust since they seem to be the only ones who might have it new.
So has anyone had any contact with Jazz Pro Parts in the last few weeks? I noticed they were a sponsor on this forum, but they haven't posted since 5/16. Have they gone out of business, or maybe on an extended store-wide vacation?

BTW: anyone have a gently used RS*R Ex-Mag for the Del Sol they want to sell??

I ordered a Jumper harness from them on July 3rd, they charged my card, but then emailed me to say that they were on back order. I responded to their email to ask for a full refund. I have been doing the same thing calling only to get a full voicemail message. Their service is the worst I have experienced. They have not called or emailed me back at all its now the 16th still no harness. I would not suggest anyone to buy from them at all. They do not know how to run a business. I'm going to dispute the charge today.
