can ground control top hat, fit on tein basic for eg
can ground control top hats fit tein basic coil-overs for EG?
what recommended top hat height. i want to put four, two front and back.
also i have trouble with tucking in the tire a little.
the tire has maybe 2 to 1 fingers gap from the fender in the front and the back.
i can go lower but the spring is loose.
what helper springs fits tein basic coil over? what should i do.

They 'may' fit, however, extended top hats do not make the car lower!
They simply allow the bump stop to have a little more travel.
Is the spring loose while the car is jacked up? If so, this is not a big deal. When you lower the car back down, the weight will cause the car to go until it hits the springs.
There for they shouldn't be loose.
I would buy better suspension.

will the extended hat kind of help the shock struts to travel when dropped. and not to blow it?
and with the springs loose when raised i heard that its bad, even if it compresses because it can be dangerous can bounce and hit etc??.
is it necessary for the helper spring

I want to drop it lower and tuck the rims a little.

No, the springs being loose when the car is raised is not bad. ANY coil over that doesn't have separate pre-load and ride height adjustment will be like that. Kon/GC is the same way.
The car is going to bounce, and ride like **** regardless of what you do when you slam the car.
No, helper spring are not needed.

Re: can ground control top hat, fit on tein basic for eg
I lowered it to the specifications tein basic low,
what would happen if i put top hats on it and what is best recommend top hat height. w/out hitting the hood will the top hat blow the shocks? or make it smoother

Your post is kind of hard to understand.
You may be able to use extended top hats, I don't know. I don't have tein basic's.
GC top hats should clear the hood no problem. Unless you are riding on the bump stops I really doubt the ride quality will be improved by the new top hats.
You will NEVER and I mean NEVER have a smotth ride on a slammed car, without spending thousands on just the shocks.
